Product Development: Pt 2 – The Right Product

Superior. Differentiated. Competitively attractive. Unique. Best value proposition.

That’s what the best practices bring you.  It takes rigorous initial screening and ruthless weeding out as the projects begin to show signs of trouble.

It means truly  understanding customer needs- remember, markets don’t buy  products, customers do! These are living, breathing, walking individuals with highly selfish and personal  motives.

Stay customer connected.  Do your homework.  Define the product  needs with laser-like precision. Understand what they truly need,  give it them better than the competition, and stand back.

Hello market share.
