It means truly  understanding customer needs- remember, markets don’t buy  products, customers do! These are living, breathing, walking individuals with highly selfish and personal  motives.

Stay customer connected.  Do your homework.  Define the product  needs with laser-like precision. Understand what they truly need,  give it them better than the competition, and stand back.
