In addition to Jerry’s mission statement, obtain a copy of the book written by Les Schwab. Shortly before his death he wrote a book about his beliefs in his customer and employees. The Les Schwab Tire stores have the best customer service you can find in any retail establishment. It was Les’s standards that one the attention of his customers and that brings them back year after year. His prices are not the lowest but service is the highest.
